Oral presentation:

If you have an Oral Presentation, please comply with the following:

 

Presentations are limited to 7 minutes. You will not be able to not use your personal computer for your presentation. A common question period will be held at the end of each session.

 

Guidelines for presentation set-up: Preferred format is PPT-file (MS Powerpoint), standard widescreen format (16:9) and with grapichs intergrated.

 

Submission: please upload your final presentation by Friday August 22. Our partner Playroom Event AS will manage all techniques and manage all presentations during IWGRU. Include your name in file-name, thank you.

Poster session:

Poster session is Tuesday August 26 at 15:00. Best poster contest will be held.

 

Poster layout is A0-format (841 x 1189 mm), portrait orientation. Please ensure your poster fits within these measurements. You are welcome to bring posters that are smaller than the specified dimensions. We provide poster boards and a way to affix them. There is no Template and you are free to design the poster as you wish.

 

Printing Your Poster: Kindly bring your poster with you, as we do not offer printing services.

 

EDIT: Display Schedule: We encourage you to hang up your poster on Monday 25th from 15:00 and/or Tuesday morning. Poster session is 15:00-15:45.

 

EDIT: Poster Removal: Please remove your poster before 17:30 Tuesday 26th. If it's not removed by this time, it will be disposed without further notice.

 

 

Extended abstract submissions:

The extended abstract should not exceed two pages.

 

Authors should submit a WORD source document to session chairs or to e-mail: y.j.li@cugb.edu.cn, by December 1, 2025.
